1.  Photos;     

1.1.  All photo’s send should be of good quality and not blurry.  

1.2.  All photo’s send should be close up portraits of your pet facing the camera.  

1.3.  PawCraft can ask for different photo’s if the photo’s you sent does not meet our requirements. 
 

2.  Design and Product;     

2.1.  All wall panels are laser cut out of 3mm MDF wood and is fragile of nature.  If a panel breaks when in your possession, we cannot take any responsibility.

2.2.  The customer is allowed to see the design of his/her pet on request, before it gets manufactured.  Changes on the design can be made if reasonable, but because this is an art piece, the final design is at the discretion of the artist.

2.3.  Once you paid for a Pawtrait design, any product ordered with your pet pawtrait on thereafter, will not include a design fee again.  For example, if you want to order extra key rings, you will then just pay for the material and cutting time. 

2.4.  The designing process can take a while, as art is not rushed.  All products takes 2-3 weeks to complete.  The design can be delayed if we have a sudden increase in orders, but this will be communicated to the client in advance.

2.5.  Upon completion of the design, you will receive the design in a digital format (JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG).  This design is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.  Other formats can be requested if we have it available.
 

3.  Courier and Handling;     

3.1.  We do not have control of how a package gets handled when in the possession of a courier company.  If a product is broken upon delivery, do not remove the product from it’s package before taking a photo of the broken item.  Send the photo to us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.

3.2  Pawtrait Wall Panels cannot be send to a PUDO locker, as it is too big and won't fit.  Please make sure to choose standard delivery or collection upon checkout.
 

4.  Refunds and Payments;    

4.1.  No deliveries will be made before the total amount has been paid.

4.2.  No refunds will be given after a quote has been accepted and the designing process has started.
